AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Dequity Capital Fund Managers Limited (“Dequity Capital”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company incorporated in Jamaica which provides management and other services to Dequity Capital Management Limited, an International Business Company registered in St. Lucia.

We operate the website https://dequitygroup.com/ (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

The Site also hosts information about Dequity Capital Management Limited and other entities that are associated with Dequity Capital Management Limited or Dequity Capital Fund Managers Limited through ownership, management or other service arrangements.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Dequity Capital concerning your access to and use of the Services. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental or amended terms or policies that we may publish on the Services from time to time form part of these Legal Terms. We may update these Legal Terms occasionally. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date herein.
